Processing and handling usually takes 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

Shipping can take 3-4 business days in Florida and 3-7 business days for the rest of the country. Holidays, weekends, and large rushes may cause slight delays.

All orders are shipped USPS and a tracking number, along with email updates on your package status, will be provided to your email.


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Remember, any U.S. orders over $45 ships for free!


We do not offer world wide shipping at this time.


Florida Patriot Apparel Company does not control USPS and therefore is not responsible for any package(s) turned over to the shipping provider. Florida Patriot Apparel Company is not responsible for packages that are late, stolen, lost, or packages sent to the wrong address (due to customer entering error). The customer is responsible for filing all claims. Florida Patriot Apparel Company is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS.

If you miswrote the shipping address on your order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY with the CORRECT address so we can make the changes for you before your order is processed. Failure to contact us may result in the loss of your package or may be sent back to the facility, in which you will be required to pay for the reshipping fees. 


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in the original condition, unworn, undamaged and any labels attached.

After receiving your return, and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process the return or exchange. We try to process your return or exchange within 1-2 days. Refunds on card purchases can take between 3-10 days to process, it just varies by merchant and bank.
