RETURN POLICY:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS:
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in the original condition, unworn, undamaged and any labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS:
To return an item, please visit our returns center portal at http://floridapatriotapparel.returnscenter.com or you can always email us at orders@flpatriotapparel.com for assistance.
REFUNDS:
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process the return or exchange. We try to process your return or exchange within 1-2 days. Refunds on card purchases can take between 3-10 days to process, it just varies by merchant and bank.
EXCEPTIONS:
For defective or damaged products, you will be required to upload a picture of the damaged product to arrange a refund or exchange. This will also be completed on our returns center portal. If you have any issues, you can email us at orders@flpatriotapparel.com for assistance.
Please note: Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
Any custom orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, refused, or returned as we cannot resell customized items.
