Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in the original condition, unworn, undamaged and any labels attached.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process the return or exchange. We try to process your return or exchange within 1-2 days. Refunds on card purchases can take between 3-10 days to process, it just varies by merchant and bank.
For defective or damaged products, you will be required to upload a picture of the damaged product to arrange a refund or exchange. This will also be completed on our returns center portal. If you have any issues, you can email us at email@example.com for assistance.
Please note: Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Any custom orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, refused, or returned as we cannot resell customized items.
